They typically range between 60 minutes and 3 hours, depending upon the topic and your goals for the program. Our on-going workshops include: Chamber Conversation – This is an engaging presentation on “The Power of Positive Leadership: Five Leadership Strategies for Attaining Extraordinary Results.” In this program, Howard will provide an hour-long presentation to local business leaders through their Chamber of Commerce. This program is similar to a Business After-hours and can be arranged as a flat fee cost to the Chamber or as a per attendee cost. This program is intended to help your organizations to become a tight-knit team that works well together and is high achieving. This is an investment that will continue to pay dividends for years to come. Young Professionals Workshop Series – Similar to the Chamber Conversation, this program is 60 minutes in length but is targeted exclusively to the young professionals within your community. In this presentation Howard provides an engaging presentation on “The Power of Positive Leadership: Five Leadership Strategies for Attaining Extraordinary Results.” As with the Chamber Conversation, the Young Professionals Workshop can be arranged as a flat fee cost to the organization or as a per attendee cost. This training and development workshop is an investment that will pay dividends for years to come. Schools/Colleges and Universities – This workshop is typically a little longer than the Chamber Conversation or The Young Professionals workshop. The Schools/Colleges and Universities workshop is targeted exclusively to the employees within the school/college community. In this presentation Howard provides an engaging presentation on “The Power of Positive Leadership: Five Leadership Strategies for Attaining Extraordinary Results.” As with the Chamber Conversation, the Schools/College and Universities Workshop can be arranged as a flat fee cost to the organization or as a per school/department cost. Quite often each school within a school district (or department within a college) pays a reasonable fee and they have unlimited employee access to the workshop. This training and development workshop is an investment that will pay dividends for years to come. Seminars Our Seminars are more in-depth and longer than the workshops. Like the workshops, Howard provides a fun, interactive, and engaging program that makes training and development an enjoyable process. The typical seminar ranges between one morning or afternoon session that is 2-3 hours in length, or two sessions that encompass an entire day (both a morning session and an afternoon session that includes a break for lunch).
